Site Welders Finisher - PAY DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE (ON-SITE)

The Role

We are seeking a Welders Mate / Finisher to assist with the installation of balustrades and wall-mounted handrails on construction sites across London. You will work alongside experienced welders, supporting them with measuring, drilling, grinding, painting, and the forming of balustrade wreaths and returns on landings and half-landings within stair cores.

This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, a methodical approach to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the installation of balustrades and wall rails on site
• Using drills, grinders, and dyno-files to prepare and finish installations
• Forming balustrade wreaths and returns on landings
• Measuring and marking out accurately
• Representing Stair Formwork Ltd professionally when liaising with clients
• Working safely and methodically at all times

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum Requirement: Green Labourers CSCS Card
• Character: Hardworking, trustworthy, and reliable
• Mindset: A problem solver, not a problem announcer. We need positive, can-do attitudes.
• Driving Licence: Preferred but not essential
